I used it for many years, the Sri Racha, but sparingly, in tiny amounts
and one day was at a friends house who was using the "Red Rooster"
Louisianna hot sauce and i liked it better. But your right, its just a
matter of personal preference. I dont care for Tabasco sauce for the
same reasons i dont care for the Sri Racha. Too hot.
