Would it make you feel better to hear that I can only tolerate 1/4 c of
blueberries (and I won't eat them at all unless I'm at least under 110
first) or 1/4 of an apple? The apple is actually easier, I looked them both
up today and see that actually it has fewer carbs (in the serving sizes I am
using). Or I can have 1/2 a strawberry with about 2 bites worth of
watermelon.
