Very true. The straighter, the fatter, easier to clean out and more to
enjoy !!!!!

One of these days, I will find something in MN that is way cheaper here
then in TX or other parts of the country. In the mean time, I am envious...

Add some other peppers to the mix to. I typically use Jalapeņo, Serrano
and Habanero peppers for my mix. Occasionally, I add a couple different
larger sized peppers, just for kicks.
