What exactly are "Smothered pork chops"? Yeah I know I could probably
google it, but I'd like to know about your version.

We've decided on drunken prawns + steamed rice tonight; never thought
I'd say this, but I'm all Braai-ed out after our National Braai
weekend ;-)
