Hamster (not a newsreader, a proxy--it pulls files from your server,
does things to them, then serves them to your newsreader) can filter on
any header and on body text. It's a bit of a struggle to set up the
first time (if you don't read German anyway, perhaps the German docs are
better) but once it's set up and you figure out how the scores file
works, adding filters is very simple.
