Very similar to what I ended up doing. But I mixed the ricotta with a
little splash of half & half and the spinach with the KA. Added some
nutmeg, S&P. Folded into the cooked noodles and heated everything up. The
noodles were cooked a little underdone so I could allow for more cooking
time with the spinach and cheese sauce. I was a little hesitant to add the
ham to this mix but it was a really good flavor combination.
