Is the time per pound the same for boned and boneless?
Bought my meat this afternoon (boneless prime rib @7.99/lb.) and they
also had a Standing Rib Roast (looked like the same thing but with
big bone) for $4.99/lb. That's just FYI, I suppose. Good price?
Amish market meat, by the way. Which is usually very good.
