If you like a really hot cocktail sauce, this is good!

Chinese Red Sauce

This goes very nicely with fried shrimp or fish but this one is HOT!

3 tablespoons catsup

3 tablespoons chili sauce

1 tablespoon horseradish

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce

1/4 teaspoon Accent®

Combine and simmer for a very brief time.
