We never did have many. Living in a rural area we only ever got my son's
friends coming around to each others' houses before heading into town
where the houses are closer. We have had a number of families with young
kids move into nearby houses over the years so we always used to get
something to hand out and ended up having to eat it ourselves. This
year I saved the Loonies from my pocket change. I figured that 10 would
be more than enough. If the ids don't show up they go back into my pocket.
