It's verrrrrry good on top of mac & cheese if you've added a bit of
melted butter to the Panko and stir until they are thoroughly coated.
Then sprinkle that mixture on top before sliding that pan in the
oven. The butter makes all the difference in the world and really
adds to the macaroni & cheese as the Panko doesn't have much flavor on
it's own.
