I don't know about this one - but the extreme temperatures of autumn 2003
must have been problematic for most vintners in Europe. I'll be eagerly
trying the Germans this autumn - some astounding BA's and TBA's have been
reported, with Franz Künstler in Hochheim taking the lead with extremely
good wines all over, crowned by a couple of TBA's at 180 Euros per half
bottle, that is 200 USD...! Acidity seem to be somewhat lower, but not as
much as I feared, so shopping may be worthwile this year!
