Electricity is not a fuel. Fuel must be supplied to most modern
electricity generators, so electricity is not inherently "clean".
Solar and wind sources, it can be argued, *are* clean, if one ignores
the fuel consumed in making those generators in the first place. In
any case, given the limited capacity to produce solar and wind
electricity, electrical cooking is more expensive than (for example)
using natural gas.
Since experience shows that natgas and LPG are more economically
efficient, I fail to grasp the point of your post, unless it is
actually a sales pitch (spam) for the sale of electrical cooking
appliances.
