A toaster oven won't work for duck, let alone two... with all that fat
it'd be e disaster. If I had no oven I'd cut the duck into small
parts and pan/wok fry them... I'd probably bone the duck too. But
it's really no biggie to replace an oven element, not much more than
changing a light bulb... any appliance shop will sell elements and
will advise... nowadays many stove elements are plug-in.
