I hate seeing chefs in the marketplace or in a supermarket wearing their
tunics. I never put mine on until I am in the kitchen, even though it's
hard to find a changing place at times. I suppose that nurses may have felt
the same restrictions about carrying in (or in their case carrying out as
well) things that are better left outside.
