I have to say that the chocolate pecan is my favorite of this bunch,
which is a Good Thing, because I gave up my usual Thanksgiving
favorite of lemon meringue to make it. Even I drew the line at 5 pies
for 5 people.

There was another pie on the table, but it had not arrived when those
photos were taken. One of the twins made a chocolate pie with a
whipped cream topping. He did make his crust from scratch. I had sent
him a file titled "Various Pie Crusts," that had the shortbread crust,
an all butter crust and two variations of butter-Crisco crusts. He
made us of the file.
