I have never had a wire cheese cutter that didn't break within a few
days of use. You are very smart to get a commercial grade one. I think
the household ones are meant to slice Velveeta.

Thanks! Yeah... The ones I had in the past were bought probably at a
grocery or drug store and they didn't hold up very well. They also cut thin
slices of cheese.
