If it wasn't obvious in my last response, let me be more explicit:
I really don't give a shit about what you think. I didn't ask nor
care if I got my money back, nor any coupons. If I did, they would
know. When I want to be "to the point" and blunt, I certainly can
be. And with RFC as my witnesses.
I don't think anybody agrees with you that a customer service droid
would not interpret that letter I sent as "Customer satisfaction
not achieved with latest revision of product". Get real, then go
be petty someplace else.
