I saw that somewhere. I can't remember where. Magazine or TV. I wouldn't
think it would do an overly good job of scraping the bottom.

I was once given a bean ladder. I think it was made of bamboo. You were
supposed to put it in the pot while the beans were cooking and purportedly
all the gas making compounds would travel up the ladder, out of the pot and
into the air. I think it was a joke.
