I can imagine. The thing is that, hopefully, that was done as part of a
necessary medical procedure and it will heal. There are people out
there who do it as a fashion statement.

I know all too well about those staples I had then from my knee to my
ankle for two weeks last month. It did look like a zipper up my leg.
having had sutures in past, I have to say that they are less aggravating
than regular stitches and removal is easier and pain free.
My chest incision would probably gross you out. It runs vertically from
the bottom of my ribs almost to my neck. It's gross.

It's a safe bet that he had that done in the hope of being able to react
indignantly.
