You're very welcome! My version is even easier because I don't
premake the sauce in a pan. I just mix all the ingredients (top it
with buttered bread crumbs) and let them make their own sauce while
it's baking. Go lightly with the mustard and remember you're feeding
kids, not adults - they may not like it.
