Buy a couple Stouffer's family size pkgs and microwave till defrosted.
Put in oven-proof casserole dish and bake till top is nice and browned
and maybe a little crispy. Sprinkling some shredded parmasan on top
can't hurt. It's one of the few Stouffer's products that's actually
better than a lot of homemade mac/chs I've suffered.
