OK, I have an extra separated egg yolk! What gets done with an extra
separated egg yolk? Freeze it? Make a piece of toast and use it as
butter instead <VBG>? I haven't a clue! Turns out a piece of egg shell
went into the first separated egg-white, and I didn't want to mess with
trying to remove the piece, so I used an 'eggstra' <G> egg Good
thing there an extra egg was removed from the fridge for a 'just in
case' episode, which did happen!
