You are full of shit. Many bakeries do not use hydrogenated (not
"hydrolized"), and my wife does bake, other than everyday bread from
the grocer, which also doesn't contain hydrogenated fats. Poor
country bumpkins and poor urban folks both use a lot of margarine.
