The first one is not something I would feed my diabetic DH. The second
one is half the carbs, but he doesn't care much for chocolate. Rice
always spikes him. Even brown rice.

BTW, I must be doing a good job. DH, diabetic for about 30 years and on
an insulin pump, saw his endocrinologist the other day and his
hemoglobin A1C was 6.2!!! This is just plain awesome!
