I've pretty much decided I need a serious meat grinder.
I do have a manual grinder, but it is an Italian Jolly
brand made out of plastic. It's served me well for
what it is, but I need a real machine, powered by
electricity. I understand this is a subject for which
many have strong opinions. I'd like to hear them.
