You'd be wrong. I got home once with a package of chicken that, when I took
the plastic wrapping off, stunk to high heaven. All I had to do was give
them a whiff of it at the customer service desk and they immediately
refunded my money. I can't imagine any grocery store that would refuse to
give you an exchange on a couple of bags of unopened chocolate chips. If
that's the case where you live I'd change grocery stores.
