It was decided that having the pork cutlets with the sald, on top of
everything else would have been too much, so she went with a couple of
souffles (the very first time she's had them, and the very first time I've
made them!!) and just the cummin and sea salt potatos, with the green beans
wrapped in prosciutto.
Pork cutlet with radish, apple and cucumber salad is on the menu for tonights
dinner :-)
