Ole:
I would like to share my experience with TeaTraders. Once I had
shortage of some of my favourite teas and I send them an e-mail for
their catalog. Unfortunatly it came to my address very late and by
this time I have ordered my tea from ITC. But I was very impressed
with Ted's(who was my contact in TesTraders)concern about my tea
taste. I have been buying tea last eight years but none of on-line
vendors took care of my choice like TT(TeaTraders). he send me a long
personal E-mail and asked me about my tes taste. I wrote him back. Ted
from TT send me three free samples- Black Gold(Yunnan),Mr. Maxey's
Own(blend of China/Indian/Ceylon),Alberta
Clipper(Assam/Yunnan?Darjeeling blend). This gentleman-Ted, is smart
about my taste. From my explanation he understood my taste. Though I
drink many estates tea but I am also a big fan of blend tea. And all
those smaples were my taste. Thanks Ted. But unfortunately I couldn't
order for the timing. But next year when I will be in US-I will order
from them a lot. I won't say this was only his business strategy. I
felt TT's touch of customer care. I have went through TT's free
catalog and they have quiet a big selection with easy explanation of
individual estate tea and blend. For customer service I will put A+++
for TeaTrader.Just contact them for a free catalog-
Ted-
Their web address- www.teatrader.com
Thanks.
