I'm not much of an expert on tea ceremony. My wife studied it in
college, but the term you mention doesn't ring any bells with her. I'm
assuming you heard the word spoken and are guessing at its correct
spelling, because the "ng" combo doesn't exist in Japanese --
"sonkuruko" or "son-gukuroko" would be acceptable, but alas, neither of
those two seem to be on target either. Sorry I can't offer any more.
