I have tried tilapia and I don't like the texture (it's got little
taste) however it has been cooked. That it can be farmed in muddy water
like in rice paddies doesn't bother me but, if the only available fish
is tilapia, I will give up fish. I've even had tilapia that was alive a
few moments before cooking without changing my opinion.
