I have the esteemed Kitchen Aid K45, and I've had the K5. I also have the
Breadman TR520. The Breadman, on the dough setting, makes bread dough far
more easily than the KA. I don't use the KA any more. I have to struggle
with the KA ongoing when mixing the ingredients.

I just follow the Breadman instructions, put the ingredients in as directed,
set it on dough, and leave the room. Slightly less than an hour later I have
perfectly risen dough. The machine gives out slight heat during the rising
cycle, making for a rapid rise. If you want to rise slowly with less yeast,
you just take the container out and rise it on the counter or in the frig.

I got the Breadman for about $25 at Macy's closeout.
