Since switching to loose-leaf tea I've found that any good tea should
give you at least two good infusions. Not many tea sellers will tell
you so, although it was on the mellowmonk.com website, where I've been
getting my green tea lately. I've heard that some Asian markets carry
do-it-yourself tea bags into which you can put your own loose tea, but
in the meantime I use a deep infuser that sits right on the cup. (I
got it at Whole Foods; it has a planets-and-stars pattern around the
rim. You can probably find it on the 'Net.)

For the second infusion I sometimes add a bit of new leaves to the
old, but either way I think it'd be a waste of fine tea to throw it
away after only one brew. Cheers, --Sean
