Wayne's Puff pastry crust
Pastry:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small chunks
3/4 cup ice water, plus more if needed
Put dry in processor, add butter, process. Add some of water, not
all. Process. Remove, form into ball, flatten to ½ in. wrap in
plastic wrap, put in refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Roll out.
