Please don't get cross, it's so scary. :-)

For Sri Lanka I know that in Nuwara Eliya and the rest of the
Western Highlands the quality season is around January-March,
and in the eastern highlands of Uva around July-September. This
is due to the monsoon winds, which come at different times on
the western and eastern side of the island. Uda Pussellawa
in-between is said to have both quality seasons. I don't know
about the midgrown and lowgrown districts or Southern India.
