And that is another problem. Legal thinking hasn't kept up with
technology. Some cell providers are notorious for ignoring the 4th
amendment and simply give police any information they want without a
warrant. Warrantless searches are wrong.

It takes a lot of publicity to get folks off the couch and calling their
representatives.
