Default spray oil and bake = fry?

Pretty much the same, yes. But when you say spray with oil, do you meal
real oil like olive oil in a Misto? Or are you talking about stuff like
Pam?

I pan fry potatoes sometimes. But that's about it for frying. I don't
spray. I just coat with oil and bake in the oven.
