Response from Speciateas is so bad that I no longer buy from them at all. My
questions about their teas go for the most part unanswered. They often say
they will refer my questions to their "agent" and get back to me. They
seldom get back. Pushed, they acknowledge that they were unable to get the
answer. Questions such as, "I like such-and-such a tea; which province is it
from?" They are a tea business; not a business of tea lovers, as it were.
Recommend changing vendors.
