that must be a real releif, especially since i am sure from what you posted
in the past you need the protien because you don't like many meats...

it must also make fixing certain food easier.

One of the reasons i haven't pursued the pricier options for delivery is
because of not being there to get it, that just doesn't strike me as
healthy... oh well, at least i know its out there in some areas. Lee
