Bingo. You are spot on, Bryan.
I was on the road for my Bank for over 7 yrs (visiting branches) and
did exactly that in Country Western Australia. No tickets, always
+5kph over (occasional warning flash on the oncoming copper's
headlights.)
Even is city traffic it does the same thing. If you can't cope with
it, or it scares you to think it won't "turn off" fast enough, perhaps
you shouldn't be sharing my road?
