:-0) Jinx, my usual way for creamed chicken is with a roux and
chicken broth (one way or another) along with some milk - maybe half
milk, half broth. I'm out of broth and I'm out of base, but I did have
a can of the Campbell's in the basement. :-) I usually put it over
toast but didn't feel like going back downstairs for a loaf from the
freezer.
