WTF knows, I don't remember seeing where he said... if he lives in
Arizona he's not going to find barley, leastways not now... no one is
going to be cooking with barley when temps are over 100º so stores
won't be stocking what ain't gonna sell... ice would sell well there
all year but come winter here in NY I can't give it away free for
nothing. During winter months here at eateries allover barley is very
often soup du jour but never during warm months
