I loved beet greens long before I started to like the beet itself.
Still wishing beets came to the store with greens attached because the
grocery guy used to give them to me free of charge back in the day
when they trimmed beets in the store and threw away the greens. Heck,
I'd pay for them if they came without the beet part attached.
