Of course you could. I always roast standing rib with charcoal. I wasn't
think that Cheryl is using a gas grill. When the roast comes out, crank up
the heat, and bake it during the resting period in the grill.
RE bread and grill: Have you made pizza on the grill? If so, do you use a
stone? Do you do it in stages? This should really be another thread.
