I don't recall Micheal's post , but if he made deragatory remarks about
your friend's skills and abilities he was probably quite accurate. I
haev never been a programmer or web site designer and I had little
trouble figuring out how to access news groups. When my ISP stopped
provided news group service I found a server that did and had no
problems setting up my reader for the new server. There are some real
dullards that have managed to connect with use net. I trust you don't
take your computer to this guy for other work. He sounds incompetent.
