She can't have soy either but... There is a coconut aminos that is a soy
sauce substitute. I make Teriyaki with it for my daughter. She loves it.
Actually there is GF pasta in a can. It's made by Organ. I thought I liked
it until the second time I tried it and I didn't like it at all. Very much
like Spaghettios in taste and texture. There is also Allegroos. Can't
remember who makes that. Comes in a pouch and has chicken in it.
Most spaghetti sauces and canned beans are gluten free. Most canned soups
are not. But some are.
