Pound cake will most likely have butter in it, if homemade, or at least
margarine (but even margarine can contain lactose).

As a follow-up to my suggestion of using goat's milk, I've been doing some
reading and found that goat's milk also contains lactose so the OP's guest
should avoid that, as well.
