one of the things i love about my vet is that while she is pricey she is
also not a bleeder of clients. when TV went to RB he had an almost full
script of heart meds, i took them to her and she was able to give them to
someone as a sample who really couldn't afford them, i don't know the
details and i am sure she did it legally and i was able to feel that they
weren't wasted. we had an issue with another cat where i asked about doing
x rays, she said no, explained why and told me to save the money for pain
meds when that will be needed.
btw there is a contest right now for arm and hammer bakin soda litter, i
think thats what its called, you send in two photos and explain the two
sides of your cats personality, if you win you get 1k to give to the charity
of your choice, might be worth looking into to see if there are other prises
that might help with the bill.
