I made a loaf cake last night and left out the yogurt. It's fine, but
it's not what I want so I was thinking about making bread pudding only
with cake. I looked it up and the caution was that cake is too tender
for that, but I'm not getting why. I'm okay if the chunks disappear.
I don't want to make trifle - I can't think of what to do.

I have lots of strawberries.... any ideas? I want something
uncomplicated.
