Make Barb's very strong vanilla ice cream and fold in chunks of the
cake. Yum..

I'm thinking: chunks of chocolate cake, sliced strawberries and something
white and creamy. Perhaps cream cheese with a little milk, sugar and
vanilla? Just in the general direction of a 'trifle'. If that doesn't
appeal to you, send it to me. Nothing better than chocolate and
strawberries. I had to smile at your leaving out the yogurt. Waaaay too
many times I've melted butter in the M/W for something and discovered the
butter much too late. My worst left out I guess was the time we left out
the noodles in the lasagna. That turned out okay. Polly
