Not to disagree with Leo-- but my favorite is *paper thin* slices of
tomato and some grated garlic.

[and while I like Joe's mornay sauce idea-- ricotta with a bit of
garlic spread on an oiled crust is quicker. Give it a spritz of Grana
Padano for some zing.]
